Oh, and my favorite part of my THREE Thanksgiving dinners was… gosh… so hard to choose. I think I have to pick one thing from each meal. My first dinner was Wednesday, and my favorite part of that was the chocolate creme pie for dessert. I will need to get my hands on that recipe for sure! My next dinner was on Thursday, and the best part of that meal was the green bean casserole (I used a new recipe on the back of the Trader Joe’s French Fried Onions can – it was FAR better than a standard green bean casserole). And my third Thanksgiving dinner was on Friday, with my hubby’s family, and my favorite part of that meal was Slow Cooker Stuffing, which I adapted from allrecipes.com. I’m a texture person, and the texture of this was WAY better than the usual gooey mess that is served at Thanksgiving!
