lovely – THESE were LOVELY. We made em for part of our new years feast and both John and I were in heaven! The only thing I found was that we needed double the amount of buttermilk that it called for…..blog post coming soon!!

I love onion rings! I can’t wait to try this recipe in hopes that they turn out tasting as good as yours look.

I agree with your husband….ketchup is needed (with some hot sauce added in, too!)
