TOTALLY DELICIOUS. Yup, it took awhile to make and to wait till it was cold, etc. but it was worth every minute and I would definitely make it again. Even the partially baked crust went well. Wasn’t sure about that as I used a different pie crust recipe. It was so delicious, I didn’t even need to put whip cream on it!!
