@Diane – I have had the same batch of hot fudge in my fridge for a month or two now and have seen no problem so far. I just pull out a spoonful and melt it in a bowl before drizzling it over my ice cream sundaes.

How long do you think this could be stored in a fridge? Or shelf life? Thinking this would be a grand present to give someone…

Oooooh…looks so incredibly good! I’ll be making this for sure…but I’ll change the recipe a little and use coconut cream instead of regular cream and agave nectar instead of corn syrup. I’ll bet it’ll work just fine! I’m hardly waiting to try it!

My mom makes a similar hot fudge sauce every Christmas that is one of my many chocolate vices. It looks so good!

Nice work! I always picture your kitchen stock full of delicious treats, and even after this post I still think I’m right. Of course you’d have a bunch of ice cream flavors and a delicious made-from-scratch fudge sauce you can whip up at the drop of the hat. It looks wonderful, too.
