I made them today (spanning over several of my baby’s “awake” times), and they were super tasty. I wonder, though, instead of adding the chicken to the sauce and then straining it out, it may be easier to keep the chicken separate, make the sauce, and then add a little to the chicken. The straining was the hardest part for me… due in part to the aforementioned baby’s crying Yummy and worth it!
