		<description>Holy moly this was good! I added about half a head of chopped green cabbage, which I loved... I just added it in while the potatoes were cooking in the milk on the stovetop. Really amazing - hard to believe this is light, as it tastes so rich. Thanks!</description>

		<description>the potato slicing you describe brings to my mind Paulie in &quot;Goodfellas&quot;, slicing the garlic with a razor so it would dissolve in olive oil ( i tried it, no success)

This is great, because i was planning on using up some potatoes this evening for dinner, fried, with turkey bacon, but this sounds much better.</description>
