I think you added even more garlic than the recipe calls for. I often eat the sauce without any noodles! Just for the record, you dropped two plates of spaghetti that evening - first when I told you there was no Santa and then when I admitted that there wasn't an Easter Bunny either. You made huge quantities of this sauce for one of your parties (last Christmas?), and it was sooo yummy. I think you added even more garlic than the recipe calls for. I often eat the sauce without any noodles!
