So, I decided last minute that I needed to make this for Lindsey and Justin (they just had their baby). I made it without a microwave, without a double boiler, and without a coffee maker. I am awesome. Moving is not awesome. This pie looks awesome. The fact that I don’t get to eat it is not awesome.

Oh my stars! This was a hit at your house, and so I recreated it at home for my family who was visiting. I can’t believe how much I loved it, I am actually sad that I can’t eat this every day!

Even without the chocolate on top, (I was too lazy to go BACK to the store) this was delicious! Totally worth hauling the heavy kitchen aid out of the garage…
